“Update (11/21): A few days ago, Google Lens inside Google Assistant began rolling out to a handful of Pixel devices, but not every Pixel owner had access to it. That’s changing today.
Google has just announced that Google Lens in the Assistant will be rolling out to all Pixel phones (Pixel, Pixel XL, Pixel 2, and Pixel 2 XL) in the U.S., U.K., Australia, Canada, India, and Singapore “over the coming weeks.” Once you receive the update, you’ll be able to call up Google Assistant and tap the Google Lens icon in the bottom right corner.”

Google revealed several weeks ago that it had almost finished work on its Google .
The feature can also be used on photos or screenshots you’ve already taken (via Google Photos) and can achieve neat tricks like connecting to Wi-Fi networks by scanning the password on the rear of a router — something which could come in very handy when you’re visiting a friend’s house.
